Traveloka sweetens festive travel deals
KUALA LUMPUR, April 26-25, 2022: Launch of Traveloka’s Super Travel App ‘Raya Sana-Sini’offering Malaysians the opportunity to plan their Eid al-Fitr (Hari Raya Aidilfitri) celebrations from May 3-4 as the country looks forward to lively celebrations after two years of lockdown and movement restrictions.
Eid al-Fitr is a religious holiday celebrated by Muslims around the world to mark the end of the dawn-to-dusk fasting month of Ramadan. In Malaysia, the holiday this year is May 3-4.
As Malaysians return to visit loved ones and elderly relatives amid relaxed SOPs, Traveloka aims to help all Muslims enjoy Hari Raya safely as the nation shifts to endemic.
Angelica Chan, Country Manager of Traveloka Malaysia, said, “Hari Raya is one of the most celebrated occasions in Malaysia, and we hope that with our awesome app, we can help Malaysians create the best memories with their friends and their relatives.
“Our superapp allows you to book flights on different airlines in return. Depending on their personal needs, this allows travelers to enjoy the flexibility and value of their preferred air travel routes instead of being limited to flying with one airline for a round trip,” Chan said.
Chan also added, “As Traveloka is registered with the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC), bookings made through our super app enjoy tax exemptions.”
